 Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Chastity Johnson Lewis is a registered nurse, healthcare executive, and business leader with more than 20 years of experience across the healthcare industry. Her career has included bedside nursing, hospital leadership, healthcare operations, quality improvement, and executive management, providing her with a unique perspective on the challenges healthcare organizations face every day.

She holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Healthcare Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Healthcare Management, combining clinical expertise with advanced business strategy and organizational leadership.

Throughout her career, Dr. Lewis has cared for patients at the bedside, led multidisciplinary teams, managed hospital departments, and been directly responsible for operational performance, workforce management, patient experience, quality outcomes, and financial accountability.Because she has lived both the clinical and leadership sides of healthcare, she understands that staffing shortages are more than vacant positions—they have real consequences for patients.While leading hospital operations, Dr. Lewis repeatedly witnessed patients remaining hospitalized longer than medically necessary because diagnostic testing was delayed due to shortages of qualified imaging professionals. She saw emergency departments backed up, inpatient beds occupied unnecessarily, and clinical teams working tirelessly while waiting for critical diagnostic studies to move patient care forward.As a nurse, she understood the impact these delays had on patients and families.

As a healthcare leader, she understood the operational and financial burden they created.Those experiences ignited a passion to become part of the solution.

William "Billy" Lewis III brings more than 30 years of experience in information technology, business intelligence, enterprise reporting, systems integration, data analytics, and emerging artificial intelligence technologies. He holds a Master of Management Information Systems (MMIS) and has built his career designing technology solutions that help organizations operate more efficiently through automation, data-driven decision-making, and innovation. 

Throughout his career, Billy has worked with enterprise-level organizations to develop reporting solutions, optimize business processes, and transform complex data into meaningful business intelligence. His experience spans information systems, cloud technologies, business intelligence platforms, automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and technology strategy, giving him the ability to bridge the gap between business operations and innovative technology.

 When Dr. Lewis shared her vision of transforming diagnostic workforce recruiting, Billy immediately recognized the opportunity to leverage technology to solve many of the inefficiencies that have traditionally plagued healthcare recruiting. Together, they envisioned a company that would combine real-world healthcare expertise with modern technology to create a better experience for both healthcare employers and diagnostic professionals. As Chief Technology Officer, Billy leads the development and continuous evolution of the Lewis Diagnostic Workforce Solutions technology platform. His focus is creating intuitive, secure, and intelligent solutions that simplify the recruiting process while providing healthcare facilities with faster access to qualified diagnostic professionals. By integrating automation, artificial intelligence, and user-centered design, Billy is helping build a platform that streamlines communication, improves candidate engagement, reduces administrative burden, and enhances the overall hiring experience. His work ensures that healthcare organizations can efficiently connect with highly qualified diagnostic professionals while job seekers enjoy a seamless, transparent, and professional experience throughout every stage of their career journey.
